How do your tees fit?
Our tees have a relaxed, slightly oversized fit. Check the size chart on each product page and compare the measurements to a favourite tee you already own.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if something isn’t right. Approved exchanges or refunds generally do not require you to ship the original item back. You can read more about our policies below.
How long will my order take?
Mule Barbell apparel is printed to order, so please allow time for both production and shipping. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. In general, allow roughly 2 weeks from the time you order until your tee arrives.
What if my shirt arrives damaged?
Send us your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Any order containing two (or more) tees ships FREE within North America.
We use a flat rate of $8.99 CAD for single-tee shipments.
Who is Mule Barbell for?
